    Tim is not very helpful. When you call and ask a question he acts like your bothering him. The female carrier we have the wears the different color weaves is useless. She does not deliver packages she puts notices in your mail box like she tried to deliver the package but she never does or even rings the bell to let you know she is there. I have complained to Tim to no avail. Hopefully someone who can do something will see this. I feel like this is interfering with the mail. This post office sucks I'm am going to change all my bills to online because this post office is not dependable. I will never get a package delivered through this office again.

    I'd easily give this agent 10 stars! I came across this agent by searching the south suburban area. And I am so glad I did! I worked with Cindy to secure a home owner's policy for my mother, a senior citizen. Cindy was incredibly patient, helpful and kind; answering every question and with quick follow up. Mom needed a few things to take care of before securing the policy with Farmer's, but Cindy was there every step of the way and helped us to meet the deadline to complete each task. The outcome proved favorable! No matter when I called the agent's office, I was always well received. If you're looking for great customer service and an insurance agent who cares, look no further than Jeff Sopko's office; maybe you'll be lucky enough to get Cindy. If not, don't fret, the rest of the team will be just as enthused to help. After speaking to Jeff, it's just the way they run the business; 'good old-fashioned caring for the customer'. And it shows! So refreshing!
